Paleo Diet – The Ancient Diet That Promotes Healthy Lifestyle

I’ve dedicated an entire section to this diet because it’s so vital to me. In practice, it’s more of a way of life than a diet. Following the Paleo Diet is the healthiest way to live, according to all of my research and reading. The Caveman Diet, Stone Age Diet, and Hunter-Gatherer Diet are all terms used to describe the Paleolithic Diet.
