Paleo / Keto paneer idli | How to make paneer idli | பேலியோ இட்லி

Paleo paneer idli is an excellent recipe for the low carb diet followers. I don’t want to miss any food while we following a specific diet. We are fortunate to have this recipe.

Let us see how to make it…

Ingredients:

200 g paneer
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt

Direction:

Beat the eggs with a fork adding salt into it.

Crumble the paneer well.

Grind the coconut without water.

Combine all the above together to get a thick batter.

Apply ghee to a idli mood and pour the paneer mix.

Steam for 8-10 mins and keep for 3 mins until the heat reduces.

Serve with egg curry, chutney or sambar whatever you desire.

If you want to make less then minimise the ingredients into half.
