Black Jamun Apple Smoothie Ingredients:

Black Jamun – 10
Apple – 1
Lime – ½
Low fat curd – ¼ cup

Black Jamun Apple Smoothie Method:

Deseed Black jamun. Peel and cut the apple. Add black jamun, apple in a mixie.
Add lime juice and grind it well.
Then add curd and blend few seconds.
Serve chill.
Without sugar also the smoothie will be very tasty.
