5 common paleo diet misconceptions
In this video I discuss 5 of the most common misconceptions about the paleo diet … things I hear people say and comments under my videos … mostly old dogma that fortunately is being shown to be just that.
The most common misconceptions I mention in this video are:
1- The paleo diet is all about eating meat.
2- The paleo diet is a fad diet
3- It makes you constipated
4- It causes heart disease
5- The paleo diet is a set of strict rules
Correction: The paleo diet excludes polyUNsaturated vegetable oils, not “polysaturated” as I said in the video.
